Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging TradeSite Forge for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

TradeSite Forge provides web design, local SEO, and digital marketing services to home-service contractors. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.

• Setup fees are due prior to project commencement unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Managed plan fees are billed on a recurring basis and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
• Late payments may result in a pause of active services until the account is brought current.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Our managed services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Either party may terminate a managed engagement with 30 days' written notice. We may also offer standalone website build engagements without ongoing management under a separate written scope. In either case, you retain ownership of deliverables you have paid for, subject to any third-party software or license restrictions stated in your agreement.

Upon full payment for a project, you own the website design, copy, and other deliverables created specifically for you. TradeSite Forge may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets such as stock photography, licensed fonts, or software remain subject to their respective licenses.

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate business information, and any content required to complete the project. Delays caused by late client response may affect delivery timelines.

You represent that you have the right to use any content you provide to us and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeSite Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific lead volume, ranking positions, or revenue outcomes. Search visibility, advertising performance, and sales results depend on factors outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
